一条穿越时间和生命的河流

我一直在想如何写观后感，电影中场景一幕幕浮现眼前，感受有些纷乱和零碎，不知道如何组织这些感受并准确地表达出来。这部拍摄于1992年的老电影是关于成长、亲情和爱的电影。这也是一部让人思考的电影：思考我们的人生、思考我们要如何去爱，及我们精神内核究竟如何的。借用电影诺曼父亲布道词：“那些我们最亲近的人往往是我们最摸不透的，但是仍然可以爱他，我们可以全心全意去爱我们不了解的人”。也许电影要表达东西吧
For it is true we can seldom help those closet to us. Either we don’t know what part of ourselves to give or more often than not,the part we have to give is not wanted. And so it is those we live with and should know who elude us. But we can still love them. We can love completely without complete understanding.
虽然我们常常不能帮助周围的人，因为我们不知道自己能奉献什么，或是不知道必须要奉献什么，他拒绝别人帮忙，那些我们最亲近的人往往是我们最摸不透的，但是我们仍然可以爱他，我们可以全心全意去爱我们不了解的人。

“世间好物不坚牢，彩云易散琉璃脆”，美好的事物总是转瞬即逝，这部电影讲述了一个关于生命无常的故事，活着的人如何渡过那些艰难的日子，生命最终归宿在哪里。
My brother stood before us,not on a bank of the Big Blackfoot River but suspended above the earth free from all its laws,like a work of art. And I knew just as surely and just as clearly that life is not a work of art and that the moment could not last.
我弟弟在我们面前站着，不是站在大黑脚河的岸上，他是漂游在大地之上，不受任何牵制，像件艺术品一样。我也很清楚并确切的了解到生命不是完美的，这一刻无法停留。

电影台词非常好，优美得像散文诗，我以为所有喜欢英语的人应该看看这部电影，无需华丽辞藻，简洁、准确，这些优美的句子有一种抚慰人心的力量。
Of course, now I’m too old to be much of a fisherman.
当然，风烛残年的我，已经无法成为一个出色钓者了。And now I usually fish the big waters alone…although some friends think I shouldn’t.
很多朋友认为我不该呆在大河边钓鱼，但是我依然如故。But when I am alone in the half-light of the canyon…all existence seems to fade to a being with my soul and memories… and the sounds of the Big Black foot.
每当我站在峡谷的暗影中，周围的一切都会渐渐褪色,变成了与我相伴的灵魂深处的记忆，还有的,就是那大河底下的声音。River and a four-count rhythm…and the hope that a fish will rise.
大河缓缓流淌，象打着四四拍子，我在河边盼望着鱼儿上钩。Eventually, all things merge into one…and a river runs through it.
最后，所有这一切融合在了一起 ---- 一条穿越时间和生命的河流。The river was cut by the world’s great flood…and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
大河因为暴雨涨潮而涌向四面八方，在时间的基石中川流不息。On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops.
有些岩石上有着永恒的雨滴印记。Under the rocks are the words…and some of the words are theirs.
岩石下面有着许多不为人知的故事。PAUL他们的故事也在里头。I am haunted by waters.
而这大河里的一切至今萦绕在我心头…

正如电影Paul所讲：“In Montana there are three things we’re never late for church,work,and fishing (在蒙大拿有三件事我们从不迟到，工作，教堂和钓鱼)”。 这些价值观已经深入骨髓，成为他们精神内核。西方文明基石——基督文明与现代文明的结合。我们呢？我们既不信神，也不信主义，我们既没有很好保留传统，也无意完全接受现代文明，我们似乎无所畏惧，实则浑浑噩噩，我们大多数人仅仅是活着而已。
